1) What fabric material is used for your flags?

Currently we sell flags of only the highest quality material, and that is synthetic nylon.  In the flag industry, nylon is considered the very top of the line.  Because nylon is synthetic, is does not fade, weather or tear the way natural fibers such as cotton do. 

Nylon resists all the elements that nature can throw at it.  Nylon resists fading and damage from UV rays and it repels water better than any other material, which reduces the chances of any mildew growth on your flag.  If you want to proudly display your flags in an outdoor setting for a very long time, and not have to worry about any maintenance issues, nylon is the way to go!

2) What flags do you currently sell?

Our current list of flags for sale include:

• The Gadsden Flag,
• The First Navy Jack Flag, and
• The Bennington Flag. 

These flags are the most popular and highest selling US historical flags on the market right now.  Please take time to browse through all of our product pages and contact us if you have any questions regarding products.

3) What is your shipping policy?

Most orders leave our warehouse via FedEx Ground or USPS (depending on circumstances) within 1-3 business days of order placement.  This means that depending on your proximity to Southwest OH you should expect to receive your shipment anywhere from 3-6 business days after placing your order.

For shipments anywhere outside of the continental USA please contact us before ordering for a customized shipping quote.

After placing an order, we will email you an “Order Confirmation.”  Also, as soon as your product ships we will again email you with a “Shipping Confirmation.”  Customer service is our highest priority and we take it very seriously.

4)  How are transactions handled on DontTreadOnMeFlags.com?

All transactions on our website are handled by PayPal.  This means we never see your vital financial information; as the credit card information bypasses our site altogether.  Once you proceed to checkout, a PayPal window opens and begins the transfer.  You do not need a PayPal account to use Paypal. 

And, don’t worry about security.  PayPal is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).  To further protect you, PayPal’s firewall-protected servers are not connected to the Internet.  With PayPal, your information is secure and you are in good hands.
