DontTreadOnMeFlags.com is based out of Ohio. The business was created out of our love for American history and in particular – the ”Dont Tread On Me” spirit of the American Revolutionary War. That spirit led a group of farmers, businessmen and everyday citizens to rise up against government tyranny and defeat the greatest empire in history.
The motto “Don’t Tread On Me” sends a very simple messege: Americans value individual liberty and will stand up to defend that liberty if anyone attempts to trample it or tread upon it.
Throughout America’s history that spirit of rugged individualism and love of liberty has endured. We hope that by keeping alive these Don’t Tread On Me Flags – we are doing our small part to maintain that revolutionary spirit from our nation’s founding. The spirit of 1776 lives on.
